AI Voice QA Specialists — English

Responsibilities

The main responsibility will be to identify errors, leave clear and actionable feedback, and validate new audio generations until they meet the required quality standards for delivery.

• Review the pronunciation of AI-generated voices and identify any errors
• Evaluate whether the intonation, pacing and rhythm are appropriate, using the original video's delivery, timing and intent as a reference
• Identify incorrect or unnatural pauses and suggest text adjustments to help resolve these issues
• Suggest alternative words or phrases when dialogue sounds unnatural or awkward to a native English speaker
• Recommend punctuation adjustments, including commas, periods, exclamation marks and question marks, to improve the natural flow and delivery of the audio
• Identify key elements such as brand names, character names, product names and specific terms that should retain the original pronunciation from the source video
• Flag any AI-generated errors that could change the meaning of a sentence or dialogue
• Check voice consistency throughout the content
• Verify that the generated audio accurately matches the script
• Flag any lip-sync issues so the editor can adjust the audio accordingly
• Provide clear, detailed and actionable comments explaining the errors and the corrections needed
• Validate new audio generations and review updated versions until the required delivery quality is achieved
• Be available for fast turnaround times. Ideally, QA should be completed on the same day the material is received, with new versions and corrections reviewed as soon as possible
• Be available to review multiple versions and revision rounds. Depending on the project, there may be more than four rounds of review
• Review newly generated versions and client-requested corrections as needed

Requirements

• Native English proficiency or experience living in the United States is highly preferred
• Excellent listening skills and a strong ear for pronunciation, intonation, pacing and natural speech
• Strong understanding of natural, conversational English
• Ability to identify subtle errors in AI-generated voices and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Availability to work with short deadlines and multiple review rounds
• Familiarity with Frame.io and its commenting system is highly preferred
• Availability to communicate and coordinate through Slack

QA platform

All QA reviews will be conducted through Frame.io, where reviewers will leave comments identifying errors and specifying the necessary corrections. Familiarity with Frame.io's interface and commenting system is highly preferred.

Rate

USD $0.50 per minute of content reviewed. This rate covers the entire QA process, including all review rounds, new audio generations and revisions requested by the client.
